Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I improve my campaign performance?
A: To improve campaign performance, you can filter your items by selecting Recommended items to show recommendations in ranked order or use the Get Forecast button to estimate weekly ad spend for a desired return on ad spend (ROAS).
There are many external factors that influence campaign performance including the volume of searches related to the item, the appeal of the item to consumers, the quality of the item’s content, and the frequency of bidding in our algorithms. These factors can impact the speed at which spend is reflected.
Q: Is SEM automatically paused once I lose the Buy Box for the advertised items?
A: Your Buy Box win rate won’t impact your SEM campaign and making modifications to your SEM campaign won’t impact your Buy Box win rate. The goal of an SEM campaign is to drive traffic directly from a Google search result to your listing.
