What is the Policy?
You accept the following rules in order to abide by the Seller Code of Conduct:
Act Fairly & with Respect
The cornerstones of Walmart’s code of conduct are respect and integrity. It is expected of you as a Marketplace seller to show respect to Walmart colleagues, fellow sellers, and consumers.
A few instances of unfair practices and impolite conduct are as follows:
• Giving a third party access to client data or contacting a customer without permission.
• Giving Walmart or the consumer false or erroneous information about the item.
• Raising the retail price following the completion of an order.
• Making offers that, in defiance of our pricing guidelines, have extremely inflated or unjustly excessive shipping costs.
• Making an effort to sway or exaggerate customer feedback and ratings for your products.
• Making an effort to sway or harm the ratings, reviews, or listed goods of another merchant.
• Delivering to a consumer an item that differs significantly from the one listed in their order (no replacements, for example).
• Acting in an improper or disrespectful manner, such as calling names, harassing others, or exhibiting any other unprofessional behaviour with the intention of demeaning, threatening, or intimidating them; also, using profanity or other obscene language or imagery as specified in our Prohibited Products Policies. This covers all of your activities, including but not restricted to:

- Communications with Walmart and/or customers;
- Making an effort to overrule a Marketplace regulation or a seller account decision.
- Not acting cooperatively and in good faith when a Walmart associate offers account assistance or direction.

5. Meet Seller Performance Standards
The seller response rate, valid tracking rate (VTR), refund rate, cancellation rate, and on-time delivery rate (OTD) are the five main performance measures that make up seller performance standards.
