Overview
Based on a number of variables, the Listing Quality & Rewards dashboard shows you how well your products are doing on Walmart Marketplace. Go to Analytics > Growth Opportunities, Listing Quality and Rewards, to view this dashboard in Seller Centre. You can select between filtering by Walmart Fulfilled Items and Trending Items, which displays items that have generated customer demand, under the Listing Quality & Rewards category. You will discover how to determine your Listing Quality score in this article.
What is Listing Quality?
The way that buyers see your published items is referred to as listing quality. Your post-purchase quality score, your overall average Listing Quality score, and information about your published items are all shown on the Seller Centre dashboard.
**NOTE: When you select or deselect Walmart Fulfilled and Trending Items filters, the summary boxes for Listing Quality and Post-Purchase Quality will move.
How is Listing Quality Calculated?
Based on your Offer, Ratings & Reviews, and Content & Discoverability, your Listing Quality score may fluctuate over time. Next to the item name, pick Details to see your item’s score breakdown.
Content & Discoverability
By displaying the quantity of errors you may correct to raise your score, Content & Discoverability highlights places in which the content of your item might be strengthened. Navigate to the item and choose Details from the Action column to view them.
- Four primary attributes are used to categorise content issues: item name, description, key features, and images. Click Edit in the Action column to make changes to an item’s issue.
• Discoverability Issues indicates whether or not your item has issues by displaying several properties such as colour, shape, and GTIN. Click Edit to make changes to an item.
Offer
Offer gives you information about the cost, the timing of delivery, and whether or not your item is available for purchase.
• Price displays your price next to the cost of the competition. The cost of the item has no bearing on your overall score. You can submit a Price Match if the problem is No Match. The dashboard will show No Data Available if there is no data available.
• Shipping Speed calculates the offer by factoring in how quickly you can deliver the product. See Shipping Methods: Overview to find out more about the many shipping options available.
• Published and In Stock indicates how frequently your product is listed for sale and published. The previous seven days provide the basis for the score. See Generate an Item Report to find out more about the published status of your items.
3. Ratings & Reviews
The quantity of client ratings and reviews is how Ratings & Reviews evaluates an item. Refer to Marketplace Reviews: Overview for further information about product reviews.
Just select # Reviews to display your item-level reviews. To read a brief summary of the reviews and ratings for your item, you can choose to filter based on star ratings. Whether or not a review was chosen as recommended by Walmart.com users determines the recommended score section. (This dashboard’s review data may not update immediately from Walmart.com.)
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I report an incorrect product type?
A: If you believe your item has been assigned to the incorrect product type, see Report Incorrect Product Type for more information.
Q: Why am I not able to submit changes to my item’s content?
A: Because there may be multiple sellers providing content for the same item, you may not always be able to define which content will be displayed on Walmart.com. Walmart will determine the best available content for items unless it is provided by a brand owner or authorized reseller. Items that cannot be updated will appear locked during the updating process.
Q: What is Post-Purchase Quality?
A: Post-Purchase insights are focused on the customer’s experience after receiving the item they purchased. It includes delivery defects, which are orders that were delivered after the expected delivery date, the cancellation rate and the return rate which is the number of orders that have been returned because of problems that were encountered after the product after it was delivered to the customer.
Q: Does Post-Purchase Quality affect my Listing Quality score?
A: No. Post-Purchase Quality doesn’t affect your Listing Quality score; however, you should keep the number of items with issues low.
